We do NOT offer refunds or returns. Please inspect your items upon arrival and email us if an item is incorrect, damaged or defective. Please remember that most badge reels have a plastic protective film that might give the impression that the item is scratched when it is not. Please remove the plastic protective film from badge reels upon arrival.
